Review of posty.lt
I ordered a Creative Sound Blaster GS5 sound bar + router from posty.lt on 29 December 2025. The router arrived, but the sound bar NEVER came – no tracking, no updates, nothing after more than a month.
I sent multiple emails [email protected] requesting a refund for the undelivered item + delivery fee. Zero response. Complete silence. Support is dead – no replies, no phone help, nothing.
This is clearly a scam operation: they ship one item to make it look legitimate, then disappear with the rest of your money. Many other reviews on Trustpilot say the same – "scam shop", "fraudsters", "no refund even after promises", "reported to police and consumer rights".
I had to escalate to my bank (Swedbank chargeback) and plan to file with Latvian PTAC and leave this review everywhere. Do NOT buy from posty.lt – it's a high-risk scam site with very low trust score. Save your money and use real shops like 1a.lt, senukai.lt or pigu.lt.
