4.2 Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

  • Is fraudulent, fake, or incentivized (paid reviews without disclosure)
  • Contains threats, obscenity, or sexually explicit material
  • Promotes illegal activities
  • Impersonates another person or entity
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Manipulates ratings through fake accounts or coordinated activity

4.3 Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of content you post. However, by posting content, you grant AllAre.io a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our guidelines, without prior notice. We are not obligated to store or maintain copies of removed content.

5. Business Accounts

Businesses may claim and manage their profiles on AllAre.io. By registering a business account, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to act on behalf of the business
  • The business information provided is accurate
  • You will respond to reviews professionally and constructively

5.2 Business Conduct

Businesses agree not to:

  • Post fake reviews for themselves or competitors
  • Offer incentives for positive reviews without proper disclosure
  • Harass or intimidate reviewers
  • Manipulate their ratings through fraudulent means

6. Intellectual Property

AllAre.io and its content, features, and functionality (excluding user content) are owned by AllAre.io and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

"AllAre.io" and our logo are trademarks of AllAre.io. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content. Reviews represent the opinions of individual users, not AllAre.io. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on reviews or ratings on our Platform.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content linked to or from our Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLARE.IO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
